Sandaraca gum powder 200g

Sandarac or sandarac resin is a highly adhesive, hard and durable protective varnish that is glossy, transparent and resistant to yellowing. Known in the restoration industry as one of the first high-gloss varnishes for woodworking, offering a highly durable finish. It is a main component in many violin varnishes, an additive-improver for shellac varnishes, and a key ingredient in the preparation of traditional retouching varnishes and pore fillers.
