Oil/Water Emulsifier. Cetearyl alcohol ethoxylate / Ceteareth-12. Stable at low pH. Added in a proportion of 3% – 7% by weight to part 1 and part 2 of the emulsion. Part 1 and part 2 should be heated to at least 70°C. After adding part 1 to part 2, continue stirring and homogenizing the emulsion until it cools to 35°C.
