Ethomeen C/25 Emulsifying Agent

Ethomeen C/25 – ethoxylated (15)cocoalkylamines; INCI Name: PEG-15 Cocamine – is an ethoxylated coco-alkylamine. Ethomeen C/25 is a cleaning agent, neutralizing agent, surfactant, dispersing agent, plasticizer, conditioner, and emulsifying agent in cosmetics. It is the main component in the preparation of Solvent Gels and serves to neutralize polyacrylic acid (Carbopol Ultrez 21) and achieve maximum gel viscosity. Ethomeen C/25 is added to prepare Solvent Gels based on polar solvents such as water, alcohols, dimethylformamide, dimethyl sulfoxide, ketones, and ethers.
