Ethomeen C\/25 is a cleaning agent, neutralizing agent, surfactant, <em>dispersing agent<\/em>, <span id=\"result_box\" lang=\"pt\">plasticizer, conditioner, and emulsifying agent in cosmetics<\/span>.<span id=\"result_box\" lang=\"pt\"> It is the main component in the preparation of Solvent Gels and serves to neutralize polyacrylic acid (Carbopol Ultrez 21) and achieve maximum gel viscosity.
